I wanted to purchase a "Demo, or Executive" X3. After owning/leasing 10 BMWs over the past decade, I knew the model and options that I wanted. I could not find the X3 that I wanted in the Pittsburgh area, so I expanded my search. I found that Sun BMW in Mechanicsburg had a few X3s that matched my requirements. Salesman Kyle Smith responded to my 7am Saturday morning email within a few minutes. I spoke with Kyle several times that morning about the vehicles that interested me. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I decided to drive 200 miles to see the 2 vehicles we discussed. I purchased the vehicle at the end of the day on Saturday. A few days later, Kyle drove 200 miles to deliver my X3 to me. Kyle is very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be in touch with Kyle in a few years for my next BMW!

The service department here is outstanding. I had a recall on my X-5. From the time they called me until it was done, the employees that my wife and I dealt with were so accommodating, polite, helpful and made the whole process easy to go through. Great service department with employees that appreciate your business. Highly recommend this service department for your BMW.

Dennis Fisher at BMW Sun Motors was by far the very best salesperson I have ever had. I was in search of a 3 series pre-owned vehicle and had a trade in 1 Series convertible. In a short period of time Dennis showed me several cars, responded to questions, and then I test drove a wonderful 2014 328XI BMW. 5 years ago I never imagined myself purchasing a BMW. I have owned 3 in the last 4 years (two of which I still own), and I give credit to the incredible service and sales experienced at Sun BMW, in particular to Clent Advisor Dennis Fisher. After some of the best driving and service experience I have encountered with my 2013 X1, I was interested in purchasing 3 Series for my wife's next daily driver. Dennis found us a great deal on a 2014 CPO, and bent over backwards to ensure it was the best purchase experience possible. Two month's ago we decided to upgrade our 2013 X1 to a newer X1, and once again, Dennis found us an incredible deal on a 2018 service loaner with such low miles it was hardly broken in! Found the exact car I wanted but Sun Motors is in PA. I’m in upstate NY. They made the process quick, easy, and problem free. Web coordinator put me in touch with sales associate and the rest was easy. Had everything ready the minute I arrived.

I can't say enough about how pleasurable it was to do business with Sun BMW. I live about three hours away so most of the transaction was complete via phone/email. The internet sales manager, Bree, is the best in the business. She was great to deal with, super responsive and handled the majority of the transaction up to the time it was handed off to my sales associate, George, who was absolutely excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend Sun BMW to my friends and would absolutely do business with them again.

I visited Sun Motors BMW 3/17 and was assisted by Agent Victoria. She was extremely helpful and even though she was not expecting me on that day, she accommodated me very well. Furthermore, her manager who I cannot recall by name was very nice and courteous, too. I really appreciate that ge ntleman. I have not purchased the vehicle yet though I'm also browsing its competitors, too, looking for the best deal. I highly recommend this place and if I do but through this dealership, I will post my experience thereafter and see if it corroborates my earlier, aka pre-sales, experience. Thank you!

Can not say enough about the customer service offered by this dealership. We were looking for a part which they had to order numerous times due to a production packaging issue and after a few months they were able to get our part. Thank you to all those who worked on this matter.
