Terrible experience with this dealership!
Terrible experience with this dealership! They got a trade in of a VW ID BUZZ. I called and reserved this vehicle. My bank was working on financing the deal. I have a bill of sale signed by the dealership. The bank could not finance the vehicle because the dealership did not have the title. Spoke with a manger 2 days ago who ASSURED me the car was mine and the title would come in about a week. Found out today, they sold the vehicle to someone else! Wasted a lot of my time, energy, and the banks time and energy as well. Very disorganized. Crooks!

It took 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation
It took 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment!!!! Service writer didn't even keep me informed of delays. This is the second time now of bad service.
