Not your typical dealer …

The team there were all friendly and made you feel at home. Shawn the Sales Person who met me first and helped me throughout buying process was great! He made the sales process smooth and like one of the other reviews … he was honest and very helpful in providing information on the car and even ensuring all the minor imperfections (used vehicle) were corrected before purchasing.

Good experience

Honest, helpful, overall good experience. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Would recommend anyone looking for a car to go see Jason at Baglier.

2 dealerships

Don’t look at cars from both dealerships at the same time. The dealerships do not work well together. I wanted to see a car from each dealership side by side at the Buick dealership by my house. I chose to buy the one from the Mazda dealership so we had to leave Buick dealership to go to the Mazda dealership to price my trade in. Both under the baglier name but was not allowed to complete the sale at the dealership I was at. I’m sure they have rules but it’s kinda chaotic. The people were very nice and our salesman Alex was amazing and prepared us for was to occur between both places. My tire pressure light is still on from when I bought the car and I had to replace the wipers on day one. I prefer baglier Buick as I’ve dealt with them in the past but both are nice but they are run very different from each other.

Baglier Mazda - Great Place.

These guys did great for us. They handled paperwork for an out of state deal and resolved issues quickly and in my favor when they came up. Friendly, great vehicles, customer oriented. Dana B

Purchase a Mazda 3. We love it

We enjoyed our total experience from our test drive to car closing. Our sales person, Chris Anthony, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also shout out to Andy for his help too!

Great Experience/Great People

Great experience. No hard sell on features I don't need/want, unlike some other dealerships. Limited selection is due to computer chip shortages, but still more than other local dealerships.

If you don’t go there to buy I vehicle your loss.

I usually hate car purchasing. But I have to say everyone from the sales person (Jason) to sales manager (Andy) to everyone that I talked to made it an enjoyable experience. I can’t thank you enough.

Great experience.

My wife and I just bought a new Mazda CX-5 from Baglier. The whole experience couldn't have gone any smoother. Our salesman was Jeff Hartzell and he was very knowledgeable. We never felt pressured and came away feeling we were treated very fairly with the deal we received also.

Other Dealers can learn from these guys

The whole dealership was super …very professional and courteous …other dealers can learn from this dealership…Jeff spent a lot of time in the process without “pressure” …the dealership is one of the Best I ever dealt with…I plan on returning in the future …the “closing process” was short and unlike other dealers it wasn’t a full day experience …if you want a “top notch “ dealer please visit them
