Our best car truck buying experience ever!!! We were 5 hours away from the dealership and when I contacted them about a vehicle we were interested in Gerald Miller answered every question I had and sent whatever extra pictures I requested before we made the trip. Upon arriving we were greeted by Gerald and the rest of the buying experience went off without a hiccup. The finance manager, Warren Wexler, took us through the financing and answered all of our questions. Gerald even recommended a great local restaurant for us to eat before our 5 hour return home trip. Would definitely buy from them again.

Pursche'd a 2017 f 150. Jeff Hartzell was the salesman very nice gentleman easy to talk to no pressure.. very well satisfied. service also treated us well. Andy in the financing again nice gentleman. Didn't take all day for the paperwork like some other dealers..definately go there again..

Great experience purchasing my new vehicle on October 30, 2024. No pressure from Aaron to purchase the first vehicle I drove earlier in the month. Two weeks later after much research I found a vehicle that was no longer available but instead I got a vehicle that was in the showroom and is the vehicle I was searching for and more. It was nice that Aaron didn’t try to talk me down to a lesser vehicle but really listened to what I wanted. Great purchase experience from getting financing to the final step of signing paperwork. Shout out to Rick Campbell and Baglier Mazda! I was about to buy another car when I saw my 2021 Subaru Forester with only 24 K online at Baglier. Rick Campbell made the whole process easy and seamless. Thanks to their partnering with Clearview credit union, it was done in a day. A week after I bought the car a friend noticed the right side view mirror was broken. I am very happy to say the dealership was kind enough to fix it even though the only warranty was on the power train. We have purchased three vehicles from Baglier, the process is always smooth , Jeff has been with them for quite some time and is good to deal with. Fair trade in allowance on our prior Mazda, we will be back when it is time again although that is usually a long time with a reliable make they specialize in.

My experience was no pressure, very professional and seamless start to finish. And I'm a guy who would rather have a tooth pulled than buy a car.
