Brian Chapman ( Chappy), Was our Sales person and we

Brian Chapman ( Chappy), Was our Sales person and we were more than pleased. He not only coordinated getting our Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from another facility but also managed putting different tires on which we wanted. These were BFG All Terrains which are nearly impossible to get. Then put up with our dog Gretchen hanging out under his desk when we closed. Anyway, thanks Chappy GOOD JOB. Gene and Barbara

Today I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and an inspection to get my sticker . 2 1/2 hours later they told me I needed a complete brake job ! My truck has 26,240 miles on it . It’s a 2022 lease How can a vehicle that has 26,240 miles need a complete brake job !!! It just blows me away that these dealerships can get away with this kind of nonsense ! Oh well life goes on . BBB

Service dept, made appointment fir my truck...for 8:30,a.m. I called at 3:30 to check on it.. I was next to come in.i got a call at 4:55 , they don't have time to do my truck, I'm sorry we need it fir tomorrow... well thet doesn't help I need my truck to get to work to pay your overpriced service... well you can call for another appointment...(not ever again) will I call them or any Nucar service dept...

Professional, informed, personal, precise, prepared for the scheduled visit. Brian Chapman has been our family's salesman for many years and we were more than willing to travel to the Plymouth Nucar to continue receiving his absolutely awesome service! He always listens to our needs and makes the visit "fit" those needs. Never tells you what he wants you to hear or what you want to hear, tells you the facts and the truth as to "the deal". Over the years everyone in our family has dealt with "Chappy", couple of times under stressful circumstances, our neighbors and co-workers have been sent in his direction as well. ALWAYS very satisfied customers. "Chappy" is a true rock star!!!

Don’t go here. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. I highly recommended avoiding Nucar completely, unless you love to be frustrated! I called and made an appointment by phone, all of my information was taken, and was confirmed I had an appointment for 5/10 at 9am. This was two weeks ago… I show up today to drop off my car and guess what I don’t have? An appointment. No apology from the person at the front desk, just a shrug and laugh. Didn’t try to do a thing. It’s not funny when your livelihood includes traveling and you don’t have a working car and have to start from square one even when you were proactive in the first place. I am appalled I was treated like this. I really hope I can help avoid this happening to anyone else. My advice is go elsewhere because there is 0% professionalism at this place.
