Two and a half years later our salesman, tom frat, is still going above and beyond for us!! He arranged a service for my truck, got me an appointment and the truck fixed in no time. This man is a true people person and knows customer service like the back of his hand. Tom needs to be recognized for his ability to ALWAYS TAKE OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST!

I have been a customer for many years.. Ive purchased over 6 suv's over the years. this time I traded in my Encore for an Envision and I complely regret it. Not only the the car reek of smoke now that the seats have dried after they cleaned it but it is a horrible ride and very noisy. I did take this car back to them and they stated they fixed the window that had a gap. Well I dont think so! its still very loud .. Im not happy with this vehicle I wish I had kept my Encore !
