My name is Christian Fernandezz and I came to this dealership in search of a new Kia Sorento, and i have to honestly say, that vehicle aside, the support that i got from the dealership has surpassed and changed my mind about Kia dealerships. To be more specific, i came on the 4th of July looking for a new Kia Sorento, with the plan to test drive one and possibly buy one. My sales representative, Stephen Veroe, was a joy to work with. He was patient, understanding, a great listener and more importantly a great businessman. I say this with upmost sincerity. I'm an engineer by profession, and its in my nature to over-analyze the numbers (more than once too!). But from the moment i test drove the car, to the moment i sat down to negotiate a deal, i was extremely surprised how great of a negotiator Stephen was. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and professional discussing the offers with me, and a great mediator between myself the costumer and management, trying to both appease and reasonably establish grounds for agreement between both parties. It is of no surprise that i got out of the dealership with a new car, but personally i got much more than that. I know with great certainty that this will be my dealership of choice for future purchases and/or recommendations; they deserved my praise and certainly my business.
