I suspect this dealership uses bait and switch tactics
I suspect this dealership uses bait and switch tactics with their cars to gain your interest. Example they posted a Kia EV9 as a Land trim package. When we Took time out of our day to actually go and see it. It was the lower end wind model, and the price was correct for that model, but for not the land. I immediately noticed it and pointed out that what was listed on their website was not reflective of what was on the sticker. “Oh geez I don’t know how that happened” was the response. Two weeks later and they still haven’t fixed it. Not only that they just got in another one and have done the same exact thing. Baiting you in with a low price only to find out it’s a lesser model. I bet they sit around all day, wondering why nobody wants to go and interact with a car dealership these days.

I suspect this dealership uses bait and switch tactics with their cars to gain your interest. Example they posted a Kia EV9 as a Land trim package. I brought my car in for regular oil change and tire
I brought my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation, and met the new Service Manager, Andrew. He was more than prompt on opening up on time, kept me informed when his 2nd tech was running late, showed me my air filter because he thought it should be changed and went over my entire list of what they did to my car with me. Most of all, he was polite, respectful and an excellent new Service Manager!

Bought a used suv from this dealer and was told by
Bought a used suv from this dealer and was told by bernadette that it came with both sets of keys.After i payed for it now she doest have the extra set of keys.suv brakes down next day and i called and talk to ken and he said someone from service would call me right back. Six hours later no call. So i went there in person and it seems there is a lot of finger pointing going on.So i talked to Damian from service about it . told him rear brakes were making noise and it would not start ,so they tow it in and had it for about two weeks . Now i get a letter from dmv stating that they could not give me my title for reasons that the dealer did not send all documents.So i go there again and showed tom the letter i got from dmv and told him the rear brakes are still making noise and it seems he didnt want to hear it. So i will not do business hear again.

Buchanan Kia and Rick Rogers provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. Rick's knowledge, honesty and professional attitude can't be found anywhere else. Rick is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. I felt he had my best interests in mind.
