We brought our 2021 Kia Soul to Kia Service department on

We brought our 2021 Kia Soul to Kia Service department on 9/6/24 after experiencing some serious problems with loud noises, stalling and losing oil. we were informed that the car would need a new engine, which was covered under warranty. Someone in the service department told us that "we got ourselves a lemon".However, there were no loners available, so we were forced to rent a car for $400.00 a week. Today, 9/17/24 we were informed that the new engine was approved and it would take 2 weeks to do the job. STILL. NO. LONERS !!!! So we are looking at about $1,500 for the rental due to the delays and apparent inefficiency. We were told we could, potentially, be partially reimbursed, but would not receive a check for up to six months. We are seniors living on social security, so this has been a major blow, because due to my husband's dialysis 3x a week, we cannot be without a car. Neither one of us has ever posted a review/complaint on line, but we could not let this go without notice. Walter and Hana Lowe, Keene

Service nightmare...again!

Protracted service timeframes and lack of adequate attention to PPE and safety protocols to reduce transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Just when I thought that it couldn't be any worse than one of my earlier service appointments there!

No answer on ANY of the phone numbers!

Went to the dealer. Spoke with Scott D. who gave me a card with 3 phone numbers. NONE of them answer and NONE of them took a voicemail.

Slow service

Took over two weeks to get the car repaired had to fight to get a loaner only had car for 7 months needed new steering rack and wheel bearing was told before we bought it it had been gone thru if it was they missed a lot

new Optima Hybrid

I leased a new Optima Hybrid, and the whole process couldn't have been easier and less pressured. Also, no dreaded pressure to buy add-ons such as extended warranty or special paint protection. Thanks for making the process easy.

Lease a sportage

I leased a Kia Sportage. Chris, Matt, Jennifer and Ethan were wonderful. They were all knowledgeable about the lease programs, knowledgeable about the vehicle and the transaction was done efficiently. I will definitely return to Fairfields!

Batman is the man

I went in to test drive a Kia and of all the dealerships my husband and I went to that day was the first to ask to take a copy of my license for a test drive. We met with Brian (Batman) and he was professional and very personable. He was not pushy at all and made us feel comfortable. It took us another month before we purchased but Brian was one of the only salesmen that we meet that we felt comfortable with. I would suggest anyone looking for a great buying experience to give Brian (Batman) a call. He listened to what I wanted and talked to me as an equal ( which I found very rare amongst other salesmen as a woman...most would talk to my husband like I wasn't standing there).
