Unbeatable customer service and prices!
I was looking for a vehicle with 3rd row seats and I found a 2021 Toyota Highlander in Auburn and I fell in love! However, they wanted almost $700 to lease the XLE and 550 for the LE so I called around and found burdick Toyota in Cicero. David was super nice and got us in and out SO quickly as we were leaving soon for a long trip. I would highly recommend them!
Car buying experience was easy, no pressure, sales person had all paperwork ready when I picked up the car. Car was ready at time agreed upon. Sales person was knowledgeable about car and features.
Worst experience ever
Worst service experience ever. Hybrid Tech doesn't know how to troubleshoot, instead replaces parts that aren't needed - costing thousands of dollars. What would have been a simple and affordable fix turned into a nightmare. Customer Service and service advisors are an absolute joke, don't expect anyone to follow up with the status of your vehicle and don't expect these people to get a 20 minute job done in a day, takes weeks for them to do absolutely nothing for a trouble code. Huge lack of communication between customer service and service advisors. Customer Service Manager has a snarky attitude about refunds. Go to Romano Toyota or learn how to fix your own car. Don't expect the owner to care about the money you spent or the time wasted on your vehicle. He would not honor a refund for a very expensive part that wasn't needed to begin with!! Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, this place has lost all of my respect! Never going back!

I worked with salesman Mark B. He was very easy to work with and had a laid-back demeanor. Mark was able to get me a fair price and good finance rate. The only reason I rated the “overall” and “facilities” a 4/5 is because their selection of RAV4’s was slim once I arrived. Other than that, the process went smoother than I could have expected and I’m happy with the service I received.

had 7 am inspection and rotate tires took 1 hr 45 min un acceptable first appt of day no excuse ..they never puty mame on screen so i could least follow progress
