My Rav 4 was everything I expected and the Toyota staff was superior. I love the Toyota safety features such as lane departure, icy road warning, and... tired driver warning (if you seem to be wavering). All these features on the base model!!

After my previous Rav4 ended up totaled in May (no one hurt thank goodness). I held off looking for a good replacement for a few months to save up for... the down payment. My husband and I went to the dealership on Columbus Day thinking they may not be open but we could browse the lot. Not only was Burdick Toyota open, but we lucked out on being introduced to a really terrific gentleman Tom Daily . Tom was very patient with us and listened to what we were looking for and provided us with just the information we needed to make a smart and informed decision. We test drove a Rav4 2018 LE and we were impressed. When it came to making the deal, we did not feel pressured and he added some extras. We started our search thinking this was just going to be a "look see" and left a couple hours later delighted with our choice. And the car would be ready to drive off the lot within a day. When we came back to pick up the car, Michelle had all the paper work ready, the tank was filled to the brim and once again we were shown the safety features. Tom made sure my cell phone would sync to the online hands free system. I'm an older driver so all the bells and whistles can be overwhelming, but Tom was patient and explained everything so I felt very comfortable knowing how to activate what was appropriate for my driving. Love the safety features and the economy saving features. Love the floor liners and the spare tire! We were even invited back to a gathering of new owners next month because Burdick has safety and product workshops on a monthly basis with gifts and giveaways. I left the dealership really excited to have my new "gently used" 2018 Rav 4 with only 4,600 miles. It's been a week and I still feel that I got a great deal and made a good friend.
