    The best Mazda dealer in St. Louis. Really best overall dealer if you ask me. Bought my 2012 Mazda 3 from them used and it was raining that day. The next day after I had the car home I noticed a small dent on the drivers side piller. There was no way I did that already. They told me to bring the car back in and they will fix it. They fixed it for free. This is one of many good stories that I have of this dealer, they really care about the customer.

    Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They owe me a refund on my GAP Insurance and Raoad Service because I refinanced my car. Have been calling the service manager for over a month. Always get thrown in voicemail. After three weeks of calling I finally got the GAP Insurance refund. It is now May 31, 2016 and I started this process at the beginning of April. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend Auffenberg Mazda or their dealer group to any family or friends.
