Dustin did an excellent job with the explanation of various aspects of the CX-5 that we were looking at. He was not pushy at all, but rather accommodating. I highly recommend your asking for him!

Worst dealer ever
Hi, I bought 2015 Mazda Mazda3 from this dealer. Sticker price was $ 20,300 and I ended up paying $ 20,500. they even included $ 1250/- as rebate and don't know how the price raised to $ 21,550 by the time of billing. Worst dealer. Mark ( finance Manager) was fired and the dealer were not able to keep up their manger's promise. Sales person ( Silas Berger) was a new joinee and he does not have enough experience in dealing issues. It took 65 days for getting me a title and that too duplicate just because of their Finance Manager;s error ( Mark) Not: don't ever fall in this dealer's trap thanks Kumar

worst experience after buying the car from Auffenberg Mazda
Hi, I have bought a 2015 model car from Auffenberg Mazda. Silas Berger was the sales consultant. we explained him all our requirements and what needs to be done. He nodded his head for everything. After purchasing and paying the amount, now they totally ignore my problems .they do not even respond to my phone calls or emails. such a negligence no one can accept. Mark is the worst guy you will find there, He just says something for time being inorder to convince you at the sale and after that he never gets back on that. Definitely, I would not recommend anyone to this dealer in future thanks

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
I had a very pleasant experience and would purchase from here again. Jon was so nice and worked hard to get me the best deal. Mike also was very nice and even went so far as to come out to show me he found a little more savings for me and redid the contract outside at the car as I was getting ready to drive off in my new vehicle!

Easy to deal with
Aggressive pricing. Willingness to find the car I wanted. Since I live almost 50 miles from dealer, they offered to deliver car. It arrived (on a flatbed trailer) in perfect condition. Couldn't have been an easier process. BTW, pricing was a few hundred less than USAA's negotiated price; well below MSRP and 'dealer invoice.'

Super customer satisfaction!
Mazda in O'fallon, IL is my go to place when I have any questions about my car, which is a lot. They are always on top of things, very quick to get things finished and they actually listen to you instead of trying to talk over me like most places do. Dave is the service manager and I wanted to give him a shout out for being so very nice and always helpful. Everyone there is great! Mazda is the only place I trust the people to work on my RX8. Good job guys, thank you for being such a great business to come to!
