We decided to give Valdosta Nissan a third chance due to a complete change in management and staff. However, it turned out to be a joke—a shady business. The vehicles had incorrect window stickers, leading to inaccurate prices. The salesman insisted on test drives but refused to disclose prices. Our credit was unnecessarily checked over twelve times in one week. They kept us at the dealership for a whole day, only to mention the owner's connections in the bank. They attempted to push us into the most expensive truck, negatively impacting our credit scores. Another dealer advised us to lock our credit accounts due to excessive inquiries. To add to the absurdity, the new sales manager, Chuck, suggested we stop paying on our Nissan vehicle and let it get repossessed, sharing his own credit history. Despite attempts to rectify the situation, we've decided never to return. I'll caution others against this place indefinitely. This place is and has ALWAYS been shady. I think even with new management it’s WORSE. I’ve never been to a dealership that accidentally puts a Nissan Rogue window sticker on a Nissan Frontier. Then to try to pass it off by saying “oh we have new staff mistakes are made”. No, this is MONEY and CREDIT this isn’t something that you “accidentally” do. YOU ALL KNOW what YOU’RE DOING. I don’t care how many sets of veneers are walking around up there. Or if you as a sales manager allowed your vehicle to get repossessed and were still able to buy a new vehicle it doesn’t matter. That’s not how you conduct business. Don’t do business with this place. Save yourself the time, money, terrible advice, and headache. I’m so done with these people that I don’t even care for the “free” oil changes (which if you read your contract totals to about $5k in an extra charge for this LOL). I’ll pay a mom & pop store to change my oil from now on. Shady disgusting business. No, “what the conversation should have been” can rectify this. Sorry, it’s too late.

I dropped my SUV off on 8-11 for battery drain issues

I dropped my SUV off on 8-11 for battery drain issues SUV would charge and few hours later not start. Battery and Alternator tested good at Advance, AutoZone, and at the Valdosta Nissan Dealership.. Technician came to Lobby and stated both Battery and Alternator tested good. he needed to run more tests. Hours later I get a call and the Technician stated that a Door Actuator was the problem. They have part in stock and it would cost $428 for parts and labor. I was happy! "Go ahead and fix it"! Next day, I go to pick up my vehicle and it would not start. The service rep stated that I need a new Battery. The same problem still exist with your vehicle when you brought it in. I'm in total SHOCK and dismay! I'm out of $428 that I paid to Valdosta Nissan to correct the issue with my vehicle that they ensured me was the fix. Now I need to go purchase a $250 battery to put in my vehicle. the problem with that is my battery is still testing good . Now, I will be out of pocket for a New Battery that I don't need. My POINT is: Diagnosed or Misdiagnosed my SUV the 1st time at the tune of $428. should I hire an Arbitrator/Attorney? I need to be compensated!!!

DO NOT BUY any car from VALDOSTA NISSAN

Worst Car Dealership bar none. If there was a negative star I would--I would select it. Purchased an extended warranty but salesperson put wrong date on it. Therefore, 3rd party company would not honor the extended warranty where a $15,000-$20,000 repair was needed. Further, the repair was due to an oil problem Nissan service did not detect or remedy when they were the ones with the Oil Change for life. Their incompetence cost me a loss of $37,000 that could have been remedied with supervisor taking care of the mistake in the warranty they sold me. When asked about the oil pump problem, Nissan Service referred me to another department when they were the ones guaranteeing Oil For Life service. Service manager was of no use and would see the overall lack of service and warranty contract. My voice will be strong and will steer any potential buyer away from this dealership.

Used Cars Are Not Being Inspected

Do not give these people your money!! I purchased a 2018 pre owned “certified” vehicle from them with 40,000miles and after 3 months of having the vehicle I needed a new ac compressor. The total amount for the repair would be close to $2,000. The manager told me it was nothing they could do because I purchased a used vehicle and like milk spoils cars get old. They wouldn’t even offer me a deal on the repair being that I was basically a new customer. The managers exact words were “maybe if it had happen a week after you got it we could’ve helped, but if you just pay the money it will all be fixed.” Absolute horrible customer service!

Do Not GO To Valdosta NISSAN

The entire experience was unacceptable. I was given no customer service at all after my online purchase. I never received any call about my vehicle, features, warranty. Furthermore, I was not provided appropriate keys for this new vehicle. Multiple managers Marcus, Amber and Shannon tried to imply I did not buy a car with key fobs when it is clearly stated on paperwork. Why would any buy a new vehicle in 2022 with only a valet key, this is unfathomable. I still only have a valet key with no safety features. No alarm, no panic button etc. I have made several calls only to be given run around many times. I took my vehicle to another Nissan after speaking with Shannon (very rude and condescending) to only learn they had had to order the key. Likewise, this dealership informed me I was absolutely suppose to receive 2 new keys with fob and valet key on a brand new purchase. I would NEVER ever purchase from ever Nissan again!!!!!

Sherese, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding your review. As we have discussed, Ms. Anita and Ms. Shannon have been working collectively with Mr. Ron, the Service Manager at the Lithia Springs Nissan Dealership, to provide you with the two key fobs you asked for. Mr. Ron will be calling you soon to set up an appointment for you to come in and program the keys to your vehicle. The fee that you referred to is the dealer cost and please know that all dealerships charge for the cost of doing business. We are working diligently to get this completed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to me. Best, Anita Green Customer Relations Mgr. agreen@tkovaldosta.com 229-242-7325
