Scott and Cody were courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at...the team worked together to get us a great deal within the budget we gave them...the whole process was smooth and effortless... although it took longer than I anticipated, we are pleased with the new vehicle and recommend others talk to Serra Cullman before going out of town...

We purchased a truck 3 weeks ago, and we live out of

We purchased a truck 3 weeks ago, and we live out of state, we had to redo paperwork, the bank informed us they received their money and have yet to send us any thing to get a tag for the truck. It also needs over a 1000 dollar worth of work done to it. They promised us they would send a check. We can't get anyone on the phone unless we are trying to buy something else. Our son turns 18 soon and we were going to purchase something else, and told our friends we referred about our experience. Purchase at your own risk. We have been lied to so much we regret our purchase.

It was mandatory to purchase $3997.

It was mandatory to purchase $3997.00 Lifetime power train and motor warranty. When I expressed that I was not interested in this plan, I was told it was mandatory by the owner Tony Serra. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
