We were walk in customers and was greeted immediately by Mike Crider. Mike went over and above what was expected to ensure we had a pleasant buying experience. Mike saw that all our questions were answered and the end result was a purchase. Everyone we encountered presented professionalism. Brantley, the sales manager was very courteous and we were extremely pleased with his knowledge and willingness to see that the sale occurred. Thank you Serra Nissan for happy customers!

I had appointment at 12:30 and it was 1:45 before my

I had appointment at 12:30 and it was 1:45 before my truck was finished. This was for oil change and tire rotation… too long of a wait. To have had an appointment.
