I’m very pleased with Tony Serra in Cullman and everyone involved in the purchase of my new truck. They are friendly and customer oriented. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them and would highly recommend them to any family member or friend.

Quick but great service.

I was told that the dealership does a inspection of used

I was told that the dealership does a inspection of used vehicles before selling. Not true, tail light was out, air filter was very dirty, and oil change was past due.

Very displeased with this dealer ive always heard horror

Very displeased with this dealer ive always heard horror stories about Serra, but hoped it would not be true... Very poor leadership and communication and above all dishonest. would not recommend no one to them less alone any sister dealers of Serra.... Stay away from this dealership!
