I had bought my minivan from this dealership (top trim with all options). I walked in the dealership and told the sales person that I am interested in the 2023 Tundra. The one I was in in was over $78K but then the sales person told me there is a dealership markup on top of this price. I walked out of this dealership as I refuse to pay markup on top of the already marked up MSRP. Dealership contacted me by text and again told me they must charge the mark up.

Dirty business
I want you to be aware of dirty business practices at this dealership in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I now view the Toyota brand differently based on the management of this dealership and instead of me happily purchasing an $83000 truck, a greedy dealership who lowballed my trade by $1500 has now made an enemy of the brand and the dealership. Here is my review: "Very deceptive business practice. Their "fixed/no haggle" price is designed to cheat the customer. In my situation I was forced to pay $5000 over msrp which I agreed to. Then when they "valued" my trade they didn't even enter the correct options and offered me $2000 less than market value. I countered the trade value then the manager came back even lower on the trade. Dealt with Celia Melendez and a mystery manager who were rude and dismissive. Even today its pretty bold to lower a trade value because the customer countered. I asked for clarification on the offer and I was told the KBB value was 6K below what I had. I even proved that they did not enter the correct options in the valuation and Celia responded "I understand". It's amazing to me that they will pass up on a $83K truck sale over $1500 lowball trade offer. Avoid this place and don't fall for the "No Haggle" pricing."

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Sales person Vick sold me a vehicle and approved my loan. We signed all the paperwork they requested and everything was good. Next day we were asked to come sign another document and come to find out that when we walked in, they had sold the car I signed for to another buyer. I asked to speak to the GM Brian Lane and even though he was expecting me to call, ne didn't pick up or call me back. I will not be doing business with them ever again. The worse experience I've ever experienced.

Hello Bryan. I tried calling you that same hour Vick had sold my car off and left a message to call me back but you never did. Vick told me that he had no idea what happened and wasn't aware of these policies in place. Come to find out that Vick was lying to me all along after receiving a call on Sunday morning from one of your managers to find out what happened Saturday. A day late to try and fix an issue that was totally avoidable if Vick would have been honest with us. I feel so disrespected and moreso bad for my Niece, which was her 1st time buying a vehicle. Not a good experience for her at all. I dont understand how you allow to keep people like Vick around to treat hard working, honest customers the way he did. Very disappointing.

The moment I walked it they were nothing but professional. Sales man Jordan, had the car waiting for me and everything. Got the trade in value above expected and they put me in my new car. However things didn’t turn out on my side so I brought the car back. They have a 3 day money back Guarantee so that’s what I did and I got my original car back. No problems with the Durango I was going for just didn’t feel like it was the right time to trade. I will say that they took my change out of my car before I got it back, but let’s just call that even for the hoops the GM went through getting me into the durango in the first place haha. Will be going back when I am finally ready to trade up!
