I did something I thought I'd never do. I purchased a used car online from Barret McAlister's Little Rock dealership, and had it shipped to my home in... Minneapolis, Minnesota. Barrett was terrific, and he made it easy. He was attentive to details, accessible, friendly and prompt (including evenings, when the dealership was closed). Since I wasn't physically at the dealership, I had to rely on Barrett's thorough and careful assessment of the car and his honesty. He kindly and carefully explored all areas of the car, set us up on Skype video (to visually review the car, inch-by-inch), and showed me all of the imperfections (very few) and features of this used car. I would recommend Barrett and the dealership to anyone. Barrett did what he said he would do, in terms of shipping me papers to sign, and getting the car to me on time and in good condition. Plus, I purchased the car for a very good price. Thank you, Barrett McAlister. Nice work.

We ordered a new 2019 SLC. It took 6 months for them to complete it. The sales manager kept us informed every step of the way. We were very happy with... the finished product. Rosco the sales manager and Francesco were great to work with. We were in and out of the dealership in least than an hour. No pushy up sale and no pressure to buy. The finance manger had all the paperwork ready to go.
The service rep. Stephen was very nice and kept me informed of the updates and additional issues they discovered as they completed my service. The use... of a courtesy car was very appreciated as well. One of the items they recommended was to replace the rear brakes for $220.00 but it turns out it???s actually $370.00 plus tax and then they only changed the pads, the rotors were quite rough and should have been turned as they will wear the new pads faster in their current condition. I can only compare it to my 14 Silverado HD full synthetic oil change and service with 22 point inspection and a rear brake job with lifetime warranty runs about $269.00 plus tax and Mercedes was $1143.00. Of course I expect to pay more it is a Mercedes, but I would also expect only the best service.
