I did something I thought I'd never do. I purchased a used car online from Barret McAlister's Little Rock dealership, and had it shipped to my home in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Barrett was terrific, and he made it easy. He was attentive to details, accessible, friendly and prompt (including evenings, when the dealership was closed). Since I wasn't physically at the dealership, I had to rely on Barrett's thorough and careful assessment of the car and his honesty. He kindly and carefully explored all areas of the car, set us up on Skype video (to visually review the car, inch-by-inch), and showed me all of the imperfections (very few) and features of this used car. I would recommend Barrett and the dealership to anyone. Barrett did what he said he would do, in terms of shipping me papers to sign, and getting the car to me on time and in good condition. Plus, I purchased the car for a very good price. Thank you, Barrett McAlister. Nice work.
Thanks John! Our only regret is that we did not get to meet you face to face, so we will have to make sure that we Skype soon! Welcome Home from all of us here at Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock!

It was very easy and stress free working with Barrett and his low pressure approach. This is one of my most enjoyable car buying experience as I was allowed the space to make my decision without being pushed.

Recently purchased 2011 Ford Expedition at Mercedes Benz of Little Rock. The dealership installed new rotors and brake pads at the time of purchase. During a recent oil change at a Ford Dealership I found out that after 5 months the rotors were damaged and pads were worn out. The Ford Dealership stated on the work order that pads were improperly installed causing damage to pads and rotor. Upon taking the work order to Mercedes and trying to get this issue corrected, they said the pads were installed correctly and that one of the calipher's were seized up. I then took the car back to the Ford Dealership to get fixed and Ford said the calipher's were not seized up and replaced the pads and turned the rotors which cost me about $185.00. Went back to Mercedes to discuss once again with the service personnel, which finally admitted after much discussion and examination of the pads that YES the pads were installed incorrectly. However, they said the poor installation had nothing to do with the damage. It is difficult to believe that when brake pads are engineered to go on a certain way and they are not installed properly that damage to the pads and rotors could not happen. The service technician refused to take ownership of the consequences of their mistake and ended our conversation by saying "you bought a Ford at a Mercedes Benz Dealership". I am not sure if he was saying that I should not have bought the Ford at a Mercedes Benz Dealership or I should not have had it fixed at a Mercedes Benz Dealership. Either way, I had a very bad experience with their service department and will not take any vehicle to be fixed to the Mercedes Benz of Little Rock.
