Worst service I have ever had

Service Department makes me want to buy a RAM. Worst service I have ever had. Toook over a month to repair my steering column. Told me over 5 times that it would be finished tomorrow. Frequently wouldn't return my calls. Over $700 in labor Left cigarette ashes in the truck cab Turn signal is now broken (came completely loose) but worked fine before I dropped it off

RIPOFFS

This place is a ripoff. 1 day after buying a truck there, the issues started mounting up. No heat, ceiling leaked during rain, check engine light came on and had 3 major issues. And still waiting on tire sensors from when signing the paperwork (that was supposedly already ordered before we bought the truck). After returning the truck for repairs 4 TIMES and was told the issues was fixed?none of them were. In the first 3 weeks of having the truck, it was at the dealer more than we had it at home, and NOTHING was actually fixed. Now we?re taking it to another dealer because they keep lying and have even hung up on us.

Sold to another person

I was less than an hour to purchasing a truck and signing the papers and the dealership sold the truck to another person. I contacted the owner of the dealership and he said that was business. Do not purchase anything from this dealer.

As discussed, we unfortunately cannot "hold" vehicles. Raceway has many shoppers through lot traffic and the internet browsing our inventory daily. After visiting the dealership, you chose to leave without making a commitment. You chose to leave to review your options and we respect that choice. The following morning another customer, who happen to drive 2 hours to view the same vehicle, still listed for sale on the internet, test drove the vehicle and while present made the decision to purchase it. Rightfully so, it would not of fair to deny him that opportunity. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may of caused.

Rude management

Don't waste your time. Service was so bad I drove to Cheraw. It was worth the extra mile. Great service at the Chevrolet dealership . In Cheraw the guy was very helpful and friendly.

Focus Maintenance at Raceway

We took the car in for routine maintenance and to discuss the known issue with the Focus line with the "jerkiness" of the ride when at lower speeds. My husband is a car guy and the maintenance staff took him back and showed him exactly how the car works. It answered a lot of questions for us on why the car operates the way it does. We really like the car but it helps to know that "under the covers" it is really a manual transmission being manipulated to operate as an automatic. From the purchase decision until the present, Raceway has been an excellent team!
