It was a service fee, oil change, tire rotation. I was greeted and asked the reason for my visit immediately. I don't like driving in and everyone ignores... you. Like everyone is waiting on someone else to step up first.

I may not want another Subaru when it comes time to get a new vehicle but I will buy one anyway from Subaru of Little Rock because the service is so stellar... and very reasonably priced for any type of service. That's what will keep me in a Subaru for the foreseeable future.

I recently sent an email in hopes of purchasing a car in their inventory online. The response from the internet sales manager Chris Ferguson was both condescending... and insulting. I keep giving this dealership a chance, but will be buying another Subaru from someplace else.

My experience has been awesome. The buying process, servicing, and all interactions have been very pleasant.
I have purchased three automobiles from Subaru of Little Rock. I use the dealership for maintenance and service of all three vehicles. All of my experiences... with the Service Department have been excellent. The work is done promptly and thoroughly. The personnel have that ?can do? attitude.: they are always willing to help. The dealership expanded the area of their Service Department to keep up with demand. I recently had an emergency (a flat tire on the highway with no wheel lock key in the car). I had my car towed to the dealership. The dealership quickly changed my tire and I was able to continue on my trip to Texas. I
