I searched the entire nation looking for someone who would make me a decent deal on a 2019 Subaru Forester, with no B.S., no high-pressure sales pitches,... and easy on the "up sell" pitches. I started shopping seriously in July 2019 and it took weeks of Internet comparisons to winnow the dealer list down to a handful of "maybe" honest, reliable dealers. But Subaru was just starting to release the 2019 models, and none of these dealers had much stock to test drive. Then one day I got a call from Subaru of Little Rock, they were willing to known $1,000 off the MSRP for Internet Buyers from out of state. Now that was interesting! And they just happened to have a blue 2019 on the lot. I was assigned to Mark Whittle as my primary salesmen. Mark and I communicated by text messages and a few phone calls before I to LIT flew out for the test drive on 10/01/2018. He was always very responsive to my text questions and seemed like a "straight shooter". I took an Uber ride straight from the airport to the dealership, and when I stepped inside the showroom, I phoned Mark Whittle to let him know I was there. On the phone he said, "Glad you made it! Look over to your right on that table and you will find the keys to your vehicle. Go take it for a spin and come tell me what you think." Wow! Talk about efficiency and trust! I loved that! I grabbed the keys, walked out to the only blue Subaru on the lot, walked around it admiring the beautiful design, snapped a few photos for my wife back in New Mexico, then started it up and let Google Maps navigate me to the nearest freeway. I tested the seats for comfort, the dashboard controls for ease of use, the engine for power in passing big rigs on the right, and the turning radius after I got off the freeway. Since we already owned a 2018 Forester, all I had to do was compare the two. What is better? What is worse? Will this care work for us? Would both my wife and myself be comfortable driving this new, re-designed model? My test drive did not take long. I returned the car to the lot with only 6 miles on the odometer -- all put there by me. My decision? Yes!, if Subaru of Little Rock will give me the $1,000 Internet Buyer discount, and if mark Whittle continues to be the low-pressure, straight shooter I believe him to be: I will buy this car today. I went back inside, and everything went perfectly. i can't say enough good things about Mark Whittle. They even let me leave the care on their lot for three weeks at no cost so I could arrange for my wife to travel out to Little Rock with me and we shared the driving back to Las Cruces (which was much cheaper than having it trailered that far.) Throughout the entire process I felt ZERO sales pressure from Mark Whittle, nothing but total honesty. He is banking major "good karma" points for his next life. :-) I highly recommend Subaru of Little Rock in General and Mark Whittle in particular!
Updated my Forester's audio system software and took care of general servicing. Reviewed the status of the SUV's mechanics. Gave me the time... and attention to answer my questions and provide advice.
I have purchased 3 Subaru vehicles from Subaru of Little Rock. Buying a new vehicle from the dealership was easy. Their inventory was very good. Their... service department is very accommodating. They do excellent work. They give you thorough explanations of the work that is needed. They are expanding their service department to keep pace with all the vehicles they are selling.

My first oil change was fast; we didn't schedule an appointment because we were told by my contact Mr. Blake we didn't have to. We have had... a Subaru for 4 years now. when we got oil changes before, our car got washed and cleaned; this time not-it came back dirty

I was in need of a new car but I did not want to shop around dealerships and get smacked with those fake Car Salesman. I was very cautious but prepared... for the fake friend stuff. But buying this car was so smooth and no pressure. Car sales would be better, for everyone, if they were like the staff and crew at the Subaru of Little Rock dealership!
