I would give them 0 stars do not take your car in for servicing I’ve had more issues than you can imagine… car damaged after service….excessive charging 35% more than their counter part in Seattle. Being trying to contact the manager Steve since customer service is their priority ……still waiting to hear back after a week and half… feel like they need more hours at the service center can never get a straight answer. Sad I wanted to like them since they are down the street … just feels chaotic at times

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS!
I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS! BUT I HAD TO AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. I purchased a used 2022 Genesis GV70 from this dealership less than a week ago. There was damage to the lower passenger front grill that I did not notice when I purchased the car. It looks like the car either had been in an accident or maybe ran over a sidewalk or cement parking stop. I called and mentioned this to manager Aaron by immediately. I asked if the car had been involved in an accident because their site specifically stated no accidents on the car report. Aaron denied any accidents and said he consulted Frank (salesman) lied and said he never seen any damage to the vehicle prior to selling the car to me. The day I came to pick up the car Frank told me that the car was off site getting maintenance (text proof) and would be ready for me by 4pm. while we were waiting on the car to finish getting maintenance done we worked on completing the paperwork for the purchase. The did not show up to the dealership until after 5pm and by the next day I was getting dashboard alerts stating the oil change is 3 days past due. I again immediately contacted Frank and Aaron. Frank said that they don't do maintenance on vehicles they sell and that he would speak with the manager Aaron about a potential remedy. I received no callback for 2 days. When I inquired again about it, Aaron decided to ask me about my vehicle they accepted for a trade in instead of addressing the actual problems with the vehicle they sold me. They took no ownership, refused to allow me to return the car and told me that they would fix the cars body damage at an "in house" price that would be cheaper than going elsewhere. no accountability had been taken at all. I had to call daily and leave many voicemails and text messages just to get a simple response. I have proof of all of these conversations. They knew that my family and I were planning to purchase a new home or remodel out current home and that this purchase was a big cost if incurred. They sympathized in person and screwed me over behind my back. I would say to everyone looking to purchase new or used be careful of this place. Buy elsewhere no matter how nice they act in your face they will find many ways to screw you over. at the end of the day they care only about making the sell. I should have known better than to buy from a place that had ceiling leaks when I first arrived. Once the paperwork was signed they completely changed their tune towards me and my family. I will be sure to leave a review about this dealership everywhere I can to warn others.

I am in a town that has no Alfa dealership.
I am in a town that has no Alfa dealership. I found a car via internet I was interested in from Rairdon's in Kirkland WA. My inquiry was answered immediately by Francesco. We negotiated the price over the phone subject to my inspection. When I arrived at the dealership the car and Francesco were waiting for me. The car was as described, Francesco was throughly knowledgeable and explained all the workings of the car. We were in and out driving the car home in two hours. This is the second Alfa I have purchased, both were excellent experiences. The dealerships and sales people seem to have a true love and knowledge of the cars they sell. I would gladly do business with Rairdon and there crew again. JBM in Spokane, Washington

I saw a price online for the car I wanted and sent in an
I saw a price online for the car I wanted and sent in an email showing interest. Within 5 minutes, Francesco called me back and we set up a time for a test drive. Francesco was great. He had several Lego car models that he built all around his desk. The car was right out front a ready for the test drive when I arrived. Francesco was knowledgeable about the car and we made a deal right away - same as the advertised price. I drove away with all paperwork, test drive, ext within 2 1/2 hours. Great dealership

My wife and I were looking for an suv that was fast and
My wife and I were looking for an suv that was fast and also had style. We test drove bmw M3,5,6 comps, jeep srts and Trackhawk, and the list goes on and nothing touched the Alfa when it comes to all around performance. We found one we liked in Kirkland and we went to see Ponce one of the salesman there. He was awesome, unlike the other dealers he listened to us and we walked in and out of the dealer in a few hours with our Stelvio Quadrifoglio. About a month later one of the fuel injectors went bad and I was worried because service departments are always horrible. Not Kirkland, Steve was very polite and knowledgeable and he put up with our constant questions without ever becoming upset or annoyed in the slightest. Was very helpful in getting us a loaner vehicle when they had none and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Sadly we are moving back to the east coast otherwise Kirkland would’ve had customers for life. If you are in the market for a Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Rivian or any other cool cars they have on the lot go see them and you will not be disappointed! Thanks again to Ponce and Steve!

Don't fall for all the hype talking they do.
Don't fall for all the hype talking they do. Not sure how they communicate at each others at all. One say one thing, and one do another thing. Just basic examples are telling me that my car will be wash and yet it didn't. Another one was manager say one thing, service advisor say another thing. Next time just don't say anything at all. Makes your customers confused and lose faith in your capabilities of helping them at all.
