The dealership in my opinion is a great dealership but
The dealership in my opinion is a great dealership but when I got in my vehicle to leave I found the vehicle parked on a hill without the emergency brake on. As I shifted from park to reverse I heard a loud bang which was the transmission parking pawl releasing. This could cause unnecessary damage requiring a replacement transmission. I suggest the dealership talk with all employees about the matter and instruct them too apply the emergency brake on all vehicles parked on a hill
