I am in Louisiana, was dealing with the sales manager about buying a certified used Mini. They Sold the car without giving me a chance to close my deal.... No text, no phone call nothing. The customer service has been horrible from the beginning... this just sums it up. Now I am trying to speak to someone higher than the "sales" manager and I am being told I cant!

I had purchased a used 2013 Mini Cooper S from another dealership and it was not only because I liked the car but because of some important facts. Even... though the car was 7 years old, there were no motor issues with the car. I was surprised when I took it to the Dealership and spoke to the service manager Merle Freeman that he was the sales associate that had actually sold the vehicle. Running the car facts I was shocked that most of the repairs were the requested maintenance, and the car only had one owner! I had never seen a car in such great shape. I then scheduled a full diagnostic check at Flow Mini Raleigh. Upon my arrival the repair shop was clean and the staff friendly and professional. I also realized that Merle Freeman was not only familiar with the car but also knew prices of parts and service by memory. At a glance he noticed a discrepancy with a part on my bill and immediately fixed the issue. The due to my association with a Military family, my USSA prices were matched and was given a discount without having to ask. I would recommend Flow Mini Cooper to anyone wanting to purchase a Mini.

Merle was great at taking care of servicing my car
Took my Mini Cooper Countryman to Flow with an ignition failure. The Customer Service agent was friendly and helpful. The starter had to be ordered, so... they set me up with a brand new 2020 Mini Cooper loaner car. The part ordering and installation was completed within 48 hours. They even washed and vacuumed the car, plus topping off all the fluids. Great service!

HORRIBLE! Failure to communicate icate between service and customer. Appoint,ents scheduled wrong, had vehicle for a month and was returned with brake... service light on (I live 3 hrs away-they send driver)-service gal decided on her own brake light wasn’t an issue-NOT HER CAR and NOT her decision to make-I was never told. Have had my vehicle every 6 months for another issue. I scheduled service-driver never showed up and no one was available to talk to me. A driver called me 2 hrs after service time to say he was on his way-I said don’t come-I was out of town at doctors appt. no one counsulted me-just had driver call. He told me same gal who made the decision on my brakes would call me back. No phone call. Posted negative review and suddenly the service manager was all over it. They lost me as a customer and I was goi g to ask them trade in value and see what kind of deal they could give me while they had it. Since they never bothered to show up... I either got a lemon (purchased elsewhere ]) Zoe beginning to think their mechs its as bad as their service department office staff...or both and.
