Amazing Customer Service

Super clean, amazing customer service. The second date where they introduce to feature you didn't know about, or were overwhelmed and forgot is very cool. I brought my mini in for service and state inspection and everyone in there from the sales people to the GM remembered me and asked me how much my wife was enjoying her Cooper.

Very nice people! Accommodating and helpful

Casual, friendly, eager, great over all! Scott, Catie, Kevin and Merle, I think was his name, were all informed, helpful and again very nice people.

Outstanding service department

Flow Mini of Raleigh

They were awesome to work with The shuttle took me straight back to work. Every time I go they wash my car just out of courtesy what dealership does this...only this one.

Does not negotiate on used car prices

Great customer service, but not willing to budge (at all) on list price for a car that has been on the lot for 5 months. Stated they have a policy of not moving on price for used cars, but no mention of that until the price finally came up.
