Very good experience
This was my first experience with buying a car online, a rare, hard-to-find model, and Gary from Mini of Bedford made it very easy. Upon delivery, the car was in the condition promised, with no visible or mechanical problems as yet. I would definitely use them again.
I love my minis
My wife and I just purchased two minis they took great care of us from start to end. We had our kids with us and they where very patient since we had a 3 year old boy with us that is a terrorist in any building. Will continue to business with them and recommend them to anyone. Joe Fetz the salesman we felt with was very nice and he was not pushy and forcefull made the experience very pleasant. Thank you all so much.
Ed in Service Department was great!
My clutch died (2006 Mini) but Ed the Service Department Manager and his team of mechanics replaced the clutch in record time. I was treated with respect and the whole process was smooth.

No matter what the issue is, Mini of Bedford is always there for me. The service advisor's are top notch, specifically Ed West. I don't know what I would do without him! Facility is always spotless and everyone is always so friendly!

Cliff Gets the Job Done
From the get go, Cliff was understanding, informative, and certainly worked in tandem with the buyer. His experience, expertise, and contacts helped me located a particular style of car, only one of which was available on the east coast. He used his considerable contacts to acquire the car, working out trade deals with the particular dealer so that I could be assured of the car in a timely manner. He was pleasant, to the point, and was likewise a good listener. I also have to mention that he ALWAYS responded to texts and emails in a timely manner--most times immediately. Mini of Bedford is honest and fair in their pricing. They explain without condescending to the customer. No pressure but open communication about the state of your car.
I love this dealership and my car! My car is a 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop, purchased at this dealer and serviced there ever since. I always get outstanding service! Most recently, I contacted Ed West to see if there were any current or expected sales on good radial tires, since they'd informed me at my last service that I should get new tires in a few thousand miles. Ed told me about 3 excellent sales and helped me choose the tires. I completed the purchase without needing to go in, and I just finished scheduling an appointment, on line, or my new tires to be installed. They make everything easy for the customer and always go the extra mile. I highly recommend Bedford Mini.
