Jackie Casey is the reason we purchased this truck. She was very helpful throughout the whole process - the test ride - the paperwork and agreeing on a price for our trade in and for the price of our 2018 Toyota Tundra SR5- TRD-PRO. Jackie is an honest - down to earth sales representative that made us feel comfortable making this purchase. She even answered questions over the phone on her day off.

Was able to lease my HR-V really quickly and hassle-free
I had never owned a car before, so I had many questions and wanted the leasing process to be as smooth as possible. The sales reps (Meghan Marshall, Nicole Sena) were quick to reach out and answer any questions I had when I was browsing for options. When I visited the dealership to take a closer look at the car and discuss payments options, I also received very good service and was able to get my questions answered quickly (Ron Stella). Finally the experience of financing the car was pretty smooth too, as the payments options and plans I was choosing were clearly explained to me (Matt Atherton)

My 4th Car from Peters Honda
Car buying can be stressful and always takes time, even when things go well, There is a lot of paperwork in the end that needs to be filled out carefully. There was no stress with this purchase. I had financial constraints which were understood and the sales team worked with me to get a car that fit in my budget. There was no pressure to move outside my budget and adjustments were made to get me a car I liked and could afford. I am looking forward to my 5th car from Peters Honda of Nashua!

Made a bad situation better....
My 2015 Honda CR-V was having transmission problems, so I made an appointment to have a computer update for my trans. on the following Saturday.... well,,,,,my CR-V didn't make it that far. The same day I made my appointment my trans. stopped working(Drive,reverse,low gear,everything). So I had my CR-V towed to Peter's Honda on Saturday night. I called Peter's on Monday morning to let them know my vehicle was there, and they started working on it right away. They called the same day, and said that I needed a new transmission. Lucky for me it was covered under factory warranty. I really didn't expect my vehicle back for a week, but Peter's got it done in three days. Amazing!!! My CR-V now goes down the road beautifully.
