I had a crankshaft sensor go out on my car. I was intending on fixing it myself, but decided that Porsche could do it faster and better. I wasn't wrong. Ryan made sure that the issue was fixed and also had a full inspection of the vehicle done for me. I am elated that my car was handled with kit gloves and is in perfect working order. My sales rep Chad Gilbert did a great job explaining the differences of each model in the SUV line without putting the tacky salesman spin on things. When we started to move forward, his sales manager Joe Romano got involved and did not push me. This easy going attitude helped me feel less pressure in making a very expensive purchase decision for my first Porsche.
