go anywhere else, but here!

Literally go ANYWHERE else. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent, rude, and management should not be considered management. Wish I read the reviews prior to buying my car. They are literally the worst, and I do not say that lightly. Contacted the owner of Pride, and she never responded- the lack of professionalism is truly astonishing....and no one cares if you follow up. Literally, no one. Pay more and go somewhere else. Wish I didn't have to give them 1 star on this rating, they deserve no stars.

Worst car buying experience I have had

My experience with purchasing a vehicle from Pride Kia was the worse experience I have had buying a vehicle. There were a few issues, like they called to let me know car was ready, then when I got there, they had lost all the paperwork, and I had to sit there while they reprinted everything they could think of off the top of their head to reprint. My biggest issue was with spare key I was supposed to get. The car only had 1 key, and it was agreed upon before purchase. For 3 months I have been getting the run around. I got to point I did not want to speak to sales person anymore, so reached out to mangers. They were worse, because they actually told me progress was happening, and it never did. I have called at least 10 times and spoke to managers at least 5. Not only did I purchase a certified car, I also purchased all the warranty. I have never been treated like this making purchase and will never do business with them again. They are untrustworthy.

Worst dealership!

Worst dealership!!!! Asked about me buying out my lease. Sales manager says $1495, we take your car, look it over , certify it. Register it. And so on. I thought great. Now I’m covered. Alls good. Then I go to finance, do the deal, get an extra coverage warranty, I’m feeling great, and then this. After discussing the “certification process” I asked about the fact that the vehicles has 20k miles and tires are showing age and the brakes could possibly be too. It was stated that it probably wouldn’t be certifiable with those components needing attention, understandable. At that point, with my salesman, the SALES MANAGER, the service guy and the finance guy standing there, I posed the question of why would/should I get my car certified and what exactly is that fee for since I had just purchased a service contract that supersedes their certification? It took over an hour to get the BS answer that it is for paperwork. So, I look at my contract and there is already a $699 documentation fee (line 7 on your P&S) added to your numbers. DeAndre Cook GREAT SALESMAN the rest of Pride Motor Group, not so much. I don’t normally write reviews but this is xxxxxxxx. Won’t step foot in any of there dealerships and would not refer anyone. Also sent email to GM which was also useless.

This place is a fraud emailed yesterday about a vehicle to see if it was in stock and got a reply from Kirk stating yes we have it on hand. I show up today and they tell me the vehicle is not available onsite. So I asked about some of the other cars listed as up to date and in stock on the website and was told well you can go by the website even though they allow the cars to get posted to 3rd party sites for sale. So, waste your time and go get scammed into so BS line they will feed you if you like….

Everyone is great

Very nice and efficient, fixed my light 💡 quickly washed my car and cleaned the inside. Mark is very nice a pleasant, Chris also the same I enjoy bringing my car to Kia. John was my salesperson he’s a great guy also you have a great team of employees at Kia, Thank you for all you do!

Friendly staff
