I just want to say that the sales person that i worked with was very kind and understanding of my situation. I explained my situation and he was very good about listening. However, do not go to this dealership. They are not honest with their pricing. They tried to get me to come into the dealership when I kept asking what the final out the door price would be. Eventually i figured out why they were hesitant to release the number and ask me to instead come on in. So the Mitsubishi mirage that they had listed on their page and on cars.com at 11, 300 ended up being an astounding 15,600 after all of their fees. Trust me, don't go here, pure scam. And the interest they were attempting to charge me was laughable. Nice guys, but go elsewhere if you are a serious buyer looking to make a reasonable deal.

Deceptive online pricing

Drove in from 70 miles out to see a used car listed at $19,125 on cars.com. When arrived, found said vehicle with a pricing of $23,500 on the windshield. Asked the sales staff about the disparity and was told that certain fees are removed from internet pricing to make prices more competitive online but these fees (state inspection, reconditioning fees, etc, etc.) are added back in to the final price. They indicated the website states this in the fine print, and it does upon second glance, but what a poor and deceptive business practice! The reconditioning fee in particular was nearly $1000 for a vehicle that had stains on the interior fabric and paint scratches around all of the door handles (vehicle only had 17,200 miles on it). In the end, the vehicle was actually priced over $4,000 above the stated internet price and this did not even include taxes, tags, and titling fees. Internet shopper be warned!

Ugly customer service

Very ugly experience at this dealership there customer service is real bad but I still bought the vehicle none professional customer service I m not recommend no body to go there.my cerdit score was 832 but the still charge me higher interest rate 6.5 so at Jerry's excellent credit not really matters be careful every body mistubshi will never successful in America because of this kind of dealership management there sales reps even cant explain customer about there futures and saleing prices

I've been a customer of Mitsubishi for 19 years. Very Professionally efficient and friendly staff. You have a choice to wait or drop off your vehicle. If there is a problem with your vehicle, they will let you know immediately. They give you options.

Excellent buying experience

Best car buying experience,every part of the experience of buying the car went very professionally.Saleman took time to answer all my questions ,took time to test drive numerous vehicles until I found the one that I wanted.Getting the car for the price I was willing to pay, and financing was very easy and professional.

Mitsubishi Sport Outlander

I recently was in the market to purchase a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I first went to a local dealer who quoted a price that I refused. They of course asked what price range I thought was fair and I referred them to one of the deals with the same features/year which was advertised on Jerry's website. They would not match and insinuated the advertisement was misleading and untrue. A week later I decided to take a ride to Jerry's in Baltimore, MD from Newark, DE. Met with Jerry's sales person Donnell Montgomery told him which Mitsubishi I was interested in purchasing at the advertised website price. He was very polite and checked the inventory to see if the vehicle was still available at the advertised price. Test drove the vehicle. Bottom line I purchased and drove back to Delaware with the Vehicle at the advertise price with added features such as free maintenance(Oil Changes). The overall Buying and Customer Service experience was excellent. I am expecting the other services provided by Jerry's will be the same. The only negative was I did not receive a case to hold the vehicle maintenance/warranty manuals.

best place for maintenance and buying a car

I've been going to Jerry for 12 years never once have I had any problems with the staff or the car very courteous and honest and I will continue to go there because of their fine service
