Had a problem with new tires. Conversion company put wrong size tires on van. When tires replaced after minor problem, dealer was able to help solve... problem with minor adjustment. Problem solved in one visit.
We purchased a Used F-150 from Friendly Ford in Roselle. We had been to 3 other dealerships who did not have what we were looking for in terms of features,... miles and price. This is the best dealership experience in purchasing a car. I felt as if we were talking to friends and not being pressured to buy, look at cars we didn't want or features we didn't need.
My brakes still make nouse when braking and not always hard braking. They blame it one tire dressings, which i have done for the entire 7 years, but not... since having these problems and doesn't affect rear brakes.

Best experience after dealing with another dealership. Got to Friendly Ford frustrated and not my happy self. Service took one look at me and said calm... down and go put you feet up we got your back. They fixed the problem that Schaumburg couldn't and did the safety recall that I did not even know about. When picking up my car Kathy was so wonderful in getting my truck to me and just handed the rental keys to her. I am happy and its all because of you all at Friendly Ford.... Thank you for turning this negative into a positive.
