Jacob was friendly when we first got to the dealership. However, when Marcus came and talked to us he was nice at first until we didn't agree to HIS terms he became very rude and had the nerve to ask if we "came to our senses"? Yes, Marcus we have and would never recommend McGrath dealership to anyone and will post reviews on all sites. The owner should fire you for your-unprofessional behavior and lack of respect to customers. As old as you are you have a lot to learn about customer service!

Just picked up my new Hyundai from Marcus. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I drove over an hour to get there, and he made it the easy. Not only did he have the car ready from me, but he also ordered some local food for me and my family.
