The service department is well run and efficient.

The service department is well run and efficient. The sales department has been ok but I haven’t car shopped since 2017.

They usually do very good work.

They usually do very good work. I have 2 complaints. First, it took over 4 hours to do a 1 hour job. Last, there was little to no communication on the job. If I was told at the beginning, I would have left and came back to pick it up. I was unable to get planned activities completed for the day which I had planned.

Had to wait two hours for an oil change and that was with

Had to wait two hours for an oil change and that was with an appointment. Unbelievable! Poor customer service and management. A few others in the wait area were complaining about the same.

Overpriced service.

Overpriced service. They did not review any service records from the past. They sent me a video of the inspection and all they did was walk around the car. It showed nothing. They always try to add xx. Never going there again.
