My service advisor, John Muns was outstanding. I was impressed with him and will definitely bring my vehicle back for service because of him. In this day, you need someone to trust. It’s nice to know there are people out there.

Horrible wait time and no communication

Came in for my first service and was told I would be waiting for an hour for the service (which was fine). After sitting for an hour, they told me it would be another half hour. After sitting in the dealership for 2 hours we asked for the status on my car and was told it would only be a few more minutes. 30 minutes later it was ready. So after waiting 2.5 hours my car had rotated tires and one patched tire. There was no apology for the wait or for the lack of communication on the status of my service. Will not be returning for maintenance.

Outstanding Service team

Great experience when I purchased my 21 Tundra. Rudy was as thorough as could be and was pleasant to work with. Today I had my truck in for an oil change. My appointment was at 1:30 and I arrived at 12:45 . They got me in and I was on My way before my scheduled appointment time. Thanks to Zac Moser for his prompt, professional service.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Salesman Cedric was the only person that was honest with me. Make sure you read EVERYTHING before signing, they will add cost that you are never told about. Car was not cleaned and gas light was on and they refused to put gas in it. Tint that was done after the purchase started bubbling within less than a week. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Tire replacement

Scheduled a tire change for 8 am after being told it should be done before noon. Asked around 2 pm and was told there was confusion and thought it could wait the day. Got out around 330

Highly recommend the Bob Howard Group!

Highly recommend Bob Howard. I've bought several cars from them, 2 Acuras, 2 Toyotas and just recently, a used Mazda... If you're looking for a personable sales rep, ask for Jason Urbina. It's a tough time to get a good deal on a used car. I would highly recommend going to Bob Howard to check them out FIRST, before you go anywhere else. Our finance guy was great too. There was no BS - they were all busy selling cars and we told them what we needed and they had us in and out as quickly as they could. LOVED IT!
