Great dealership to get a car

It’s hard to review a dealership on this time with the cars being so expensive and hard to get. But, I think Bob Howard did it’s job really good to get my vehicle. The people is friendly

Pushy and dishonest

The Bob Howard used car salesperson was a typical used car salesperson. He was annoying, pushy and dishonest. A huge contrast from my fist Bob Howard experience when I purchased a new vehicle.

Amazing service team

Awesome service.

Shaya and Jillian are the best. Always friendly and super helpful when I take my car in for service. The whole service department does a great job taking care of my vehicle.

Communication very lacking in Service Department

Arrived at 1:20 for a 1:30 appointment for an oil change. I see my vehicle parked under an awning at 3:15. Go to service desk to ask what’s going on. Wait on me to approve/disapprove recommend repairs. When a customer waiting in your waiting room & no response is received, why wouldn’t a service advisor not find you & talk to you?? I received no text & even verified my cell number. I would have considered having the recommended repairs done if I hadn’t been sitting there for well over an a hour & a half. Was told they had a new system that was glitchy. Never had this level of bad customer service from the service department before! Hoping this isn’t their new norm!!

Friendly, courteous and nice people over there at Bob Howard Toyota service department in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Best experience buying my first preowned vehicle!

BH Toyota - Fantastic Dealership
