Our new 2019 (Red) Odyssey Elite is the fifth Honda we have bought from Eskridge beginning with a 2005 Odyssey. Scott Derrick was the salesman for all... five. We found the buying experience every time to be comfortable and fair. Scott was helpful and friendly and has treated us like friends. He will get first shot at selling us our next car. For each of the cars, we have used the Eskridge service department to help us keep our Hondas in good working order. The service people are also friendly, helpful and proficient.
I just want to take the time to complement Pam D in car sales. Mike M in service and I believe the other girls name was Sydney. They were all amazing... and made my experience very pleasant I will always be a Eskridge customer because of the three of them what a fabulous experience.

Eskridge honda and the Salesman Scott Derrick went above and beyond helping me with my trade in and purchasing of my new 2015 Honda Civic SE. If you are... thinking about buying a new or used car, you should go in and talk to Scott. Eskridge was nothing short of complete professionalism. I also went to other car lots and they paled in comparison. If you are looking to buy a car and do not go to Eskridge and talk to Scott, you are failing. The only reason I'm writing this review is because i had such a good experience, and i am completely happy with this dealership and Salesperson

Bought a car here several months ago, like my salesman, but was not at all impressed with the finance man, and actually just about walked out because... of his arrogance! However the service was the very best I have ever seen from any dealer ship! BUT, when I went back in the dealer to wait on my car, not anyone addressed me or said hi the hole time I was there. Would I recommend the dealership for sales? NO! What I recommend this dealership for service? Heck YES in a heartbeat

I bought my first Honda from Eskridge Oldsmobile, Honda, in 1975. Since then I have purchased eight Hondas, including the Honda Pilot I bought this week... from Eskridge Honda. Scott Derrick was the salesperson for the last five vehicles I purchased at Eskridge. As usual, I had a very positive experience. Scott is a very easy person to work with, and he is not a high pressure salesman. In the past when it was time to buy a new Honda, I would go around to all the Honda dealers in the local area to get estimates. Then I would go see Scott. He always offered the best deal. This time, instead of driving all over town getting estimates, I did my homework on the internet, and then I met with Scott. Scott helped me in every way to make sure I got everything I wanted or needed on my 2018 Pilot. It is always a pleasure haggling with Scott. If you need a new Honda, go see Scott Derrick.

I had a very positive experience. I wasn't sure I was ready to buy but the sales agent answered all my questions without pressure or exxageration. It... didn't take as long as these things usually take and I appreciated that. The dealership facilities are a bit cramped but I really appreciate that glitz and glam only add to the price of the car , so not complaining. Many thanks, Eskridge Honda.

I had my 2004 Acura MDX serviced on June 30, 2015 for the 105,000 mile maintenance at Eskridge Honda and was very happy. My sister met me there so we... could go to lunch while my car was being serviced. I was so happy at that time that she and her family came in during August and bought a new 2015 CRV. Then in September 2015 her son bought a new 2015 Pilot. When I was ready on September 22, 2017 to do the 120,000 maintenance, I was expecting to receive the same service I had in 2015. (Also, I know it is customary to give a "birddog fee" for my sister buying the two brand new vehicles but when I asked about that when I was making the appointment, that person said I would have to ask the service advisor when I actually came in, which I did!! The service advisor said the salesman Harry was no longer working there and I would have to go to sales, so I dropped that.) Back to the review, part of the 120,000 maintenance is to have the rear differential fluid changed. My sister came this time to pick me up to go to lunch and when we got back, my vehicle was not out front like before and she said, "when I get mine serviced, it is always out front." They had to call for someone to bring it from the back and there was ample room for it to be parked out front. They brought it around right next to where I was standing with it running and I got in and came home. Immediately, I noticed that my windshield was dirty, then I noticed my back window was dirty as well. On closer inspection, I found the differential fluid all over the back and even on the hood. I had my arm in a sling due to a fall on September 1. I had to wash that fluid off which took a lot of "elbow grease." No car wash could have gotten that off and hurt my arm in the process. Needless to say, I will not be going back and will tell everyone I know to never go to Eskridge Honda for anything. Further, they did not call and ask me if I was happy with my service. Mu sister says they always do a follow up call when she goes in.

My husband and I just bought a 2017 CRV ExL from William Samaroa at Eskridge Honda. It was such an excellent experience for us. We were not pressured in... the least during the choosing process or in the finance department. William and Anthony went out of their way to find us a car with the features and color we wanted. They had it trailered in from Texas for us. Joe in the finance office was very professional and did not try to sale us extra warranties we didn't intend to buy. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
