    Eskridge honda and the Salesman Scott Derrick went above and beyond helping me with my trade in and purchasing of my new 2015 Honda Civic SE. If you are thinking about buying a new or used car, you should go in and talk to Scott. Eskridge was nothing short of complete professionalism. I also went to other car lots and they paled in comparison. If you are looking to buy a car and do not go to Eskridge and talk to Scott, you are failing. The only reason I'm writing this review is because i had such a good experience, and i am completely happy with this dealership and Salesperson

    My husband and I just bought a 2017 CRV ExL from William Samaroa at Eskridge Honda. It was such an excellent experience for us. We were not pressured in the least during the choosing process or in the finance department. William and Anthony went out of their way to find us a car with the features and color we wanted. They had it trailered in from Texas for us. Joe in the finance office was very professional and did not try to sale us extra warranties we didn't intend to buy. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

    We had been car shopping for a week in our area as we live out of town and were not able to find what we wanted. We drove to Eskridge and the first person we spoke to was Carson. Carson was simply the most knowledgeable salesperson we had spoke to all week, he answered all our questions and still answers my text when I have questions today. I can honestly say that this new car purchasing process was the most pleasant experience we have had in a long time. Considerate, personable, polite and most of all knowledgeable about the different cars, electronics etc. won us over. Thank you Carson !!!

    We loved our experience at Escridge Honda!!! Carson and all of the staff were looking to help us in every way they could and truly made us feel at home. Their customer service was amazing... Carson even got us CheeseIts while we were waiting! He was a total gentleman. He made sure to keep us in the loop during every step of the process! We would definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family.

    Absolute poor customer service and DISRESPECT. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They quoted me a price on a new vehicle, then I asked for the VIN number for price verification which they proceeded to give me. After I got the VIN number I restated the price and vehicle to the salesman and he confirmed the price was right. The next morning his boss emails me about a follow up on how his salesman did and I went on to explain that he did a good job and gave me a price that I was happy with which I stated to the 'boss" and he emailed me back and said that was the wrong price and it would cost me $3000 more than I was quoted. I emailed him back asking what happened and if they were going to honor the price I was quoted and he did not even email me back. The disrespect that this dealership allows is disgusting. ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT. I have all the emails showing exactly what took place but they do not care to respond to me.

    I went there to buy a new Honda Accord exl. I have told them my budget. On the very first time I left as it was not on my budget. Later they call me up and told me they wanted to make a deal. I was ready to buy the car immediately so I went there. Carson and Larry (sales person) was really helpful and polite. Tony (the manager) was rude and I don't understand how she was given a post of a manager. She handed me the same old paper. I didnot understand if that was the case then why did they call me up to make a deal. She had no respect for my time and kept me waiting for more than an hour. I feel like the sales people are doing a better job than the manager. She wasted more than 4 hours of my time and guess what I couldnot get the car. If eskridge Honda do care about their reputation I feel they should be hiring better managers or trained managers. I have been there before but the manager was never like this.

    This is our third new car purchase from Eskridge Honda. Wouldn't consider dealing with any other dealership. Our Salesman, Scott Derrick, has helped us with all our purchases; explained how to use everything on the car, gave us his total attention, and answered all our questions. We love Eskridge and our Salesman, Scott Derrick. We plan to buy a new Odyssey from them in the near future. Thank you Eskridge and Scott!
