Been doing business with Eskridge for several years. This is the only dealership I will recommend to anyone. Have never had anything but great experiences with the Eskridge family. Bought my first honda on 23 and Walker in about 85 or 86.

The saleswoman we worked with was extremely friendly and helpful, not pushy. We were happy with our purchase until hidden damage was discovered roughly a month later. When we went to the dealership to have it fixed, they used double-sided sticky tape to fix it and stated its industry standard. They did not inspect the car or didn't do a very good job of inspecting it with their Honda guarantee. To top it off, they sold the tracking system for roughly 800 bucks, then forgot to install it on the car, then called the next day saying some paperwork needed to be handled. The only paperwork was installing the item they should have remembered to install in the car when they sold me the item. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save yourself the trouble.

I went with my family to purchase a vehicle from Eskridge Honda… after agreeing, making a deal to purchase a vehicle and being told if we run your credit we have a deal and we will hold the car. I even spoke with finance and while on my way to sign the sales person called and said “I have bad news, we just sold it”. So knowing we had a deal this shady Sales Person and Sales Manager did not stick by what they said. I called the General Manager and he stood by his team and was lacking any empathy. I now have a ding on my credit for the inquiry and no vehicle. I have a screenshot of the inquiry from you as well. I am telling you this so you do not go through anything like I did, take your business elsewhere!

James, We are truly sorry that the car you were interested in was not available later that day. To be fair, we did not have a deposit, nor did you sign any paperwork agreeing to any price or payments. Furthermore, it had not been submitted to the bank and therefore was not approved by the financial institution yet. The General Sales Manager and Used Car Manager made the decision to sell the car to the buyer who was present at the store. Unfortunately things happen like this from time to time. Again we are truly sorry.
Yes, it was submitted to the bank, I have the alert and my credit score took a hit because of the inquiry, we were on our way to sign paperwork, and had come to an agreement on price, trade and was told we had a deal. But I would not expect a shady dealership that does not own up to a deal to take ownership or responsibility for their actions. Again perfect example of why you should sop elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They hiked up the price offer to me of a used car by $3,000 within 24 hours. No kidding. Needless to say, I didn't purchase the vehicle. I've never seen anything like it. Deplorable practice. Avoid this dealership.

The salesman was nice and helpful.
The salesman was nice and helpful. However they falsely advertise no dealer mark up. The dealership adds a 2400 dollar package to every vehicle. The package includes window tint and some other accessories like floor mats. These items only cost the dealership around 800 dollars so they over charge the customer around 1600 dollars which is their dealer mark up. Would recommend going to a dealership that doesn’t force you to get an overpriced package that isn’t worth it.

This was my first time to Eskridge and it was a really enjoyable experience. Juan was our salesman and he was outstanding. No pressure but very helpful. He also told us about a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Las Banditas in Moore that was outstanding. Woody was extremely friendly as was Byron in financing. I will return the next time I need a new vehicle.

Amazing Experience
Last Saturday I had the privilege of meeting Scott Derrick and Emilio. Scott was very professional, time aware , helpful and knowledgeable in the vehicle I was interested in. I was very satisfied with my buying experience and will most definitely be returning when its time for a new vehicle.
