Easy, no pressure, informative car buying event

Our used car salesman, Darrin Hill, was easy to talk with and used no high pressure techniques to persuade us to buy. Was informative and helpful in many ways. They give you a preliminary monthly payment. Once we got to financing, tho, that number became even better. We would recommend you at least visit Jim Norton Toyota before you make a final decision.

You have to buy a Toyota

excellent knowledge of toyota vehicles

Mr Blocker was friendly, down to earth, knowledgable, and receptive to questions and concerns regarding all Toyota vehicles. He also gave personal space and time when warranted to make decision regarding purchase.

Excellent salesmanship NO pressure!

After shopping for a year and literally running out the doors of numerous dealerships I gave it another try. Mitch is totally laid back, knows his vehicles and was great fun to interact with. He had the cars I thought I was interested in parked side by side for comparison. When I told him I wanted a more sporty interior he left me for 5 minutes and came back with my dream car!! Thought I wanted a rav 4 and drove away in a Lexus!! Mitch was incredibly helpful knowledgeable. His “chill” approach kept me on site and sold me on the product..I dreaded going to another dealership and this fellow made buying a pleasure. Spending that kind of money should be fun. It certainly was just that!!

Great experience purchasing a new car.

Had a great experience purchasing our new 4Runner. It was a very simple process and a good deal. Great customer service. Luis our sales rep went beyond the sale.
