Kevin Metzinger (a.k.a. Kevin-2) and Josh Casey both are very professional and made our experience in purchaing the vehicle effortless. We were so impressed with them both, that my mom made a purchase with Kevin and fincanced her vehicle with Josh. That happened two days later after we made our purchase. Exceptional Customer focus and care

Richard Haase has a spirit of excellence. He truly cares for his customers and takes the time to listen and help them through one of the most difficult decisions in car purchases. Purchasing a used vehicle for a teenager is difficult as it is, but having someone like Richard to provide his guidance, expertise and knowledge is invaluable. No high pressure sales. Although we did not find a car this time, I found a "go to" person in Richard and I TRUST him. How many people can say that about a user car sales associate. Thank you Richard for all your assistance!

Buying my New Toyota Tundra

I just started off reviewing the trucks on the internet to get an idea of the cost and options on a new Tundra. I spent a lot of time working with Tony Rodriguez answering all of my questions and concerns on a new truck. He was very customer focus and made sure I was the one happy with my requests and answers. I then took some time to review another dealership who had the truck colors/options I was looking for at the time. I just didnt get the same customer feel that I felt at JIm Norton and my brother-in-law reached out to Joel Andreasen for some advise and I ended up working with Joel on buying my first Toyota Tundra. The whole buying process was relaxed and non agressive at JiM Norton the finance guy Zach Pinney was awesome, explained all details and made the whole buying experience GREAT. My family will be looking forward to buying another vechicle at this dealership. 100% satisfied

Great car-buying experience

I had planned on buying a new car in late November, so I started shopping in early October. I started online, and began working with Robert Blocker. I told him upfront I was just shopping, that I wouldn't be ready to buy until late November. He was not pushy, and he answered all my questions- needless to say, I left with my new Avalon October 7th... and I love it! The total experience working with Robert as my sales associate, and Sean in finance was awesome! I've been a Jim Norton customer since 2002, and am very pleased and satisfied. Very friendly

When my car was totaled, I knew I wanted to go with another Toyota - through Bryan's recommendation, I worked with Robert on finding a new car fit. His help was invaluable and he was incredibly friendly throughout the process. He even offered to help me get to the dealership since I was without a car! Nick helped me figure out financing and was also very helpful as I navigated finances. Every step of the way, I felt very supported and comfortable. Thank you!
