Flew out from California to purchase vehicle found on EBAY. Josh helped me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Zach helped me with financing . It was a great trip and great purchase. Love ,love ,love my camry. Those two guys are courteous ,professional and friendly. I will definitely consider Jim Norton Toyota with my next toyota purchase. This is 5th toyota. 2 were handed down to kids for college and 3 are sitting in driveway. Love Toyotas.

We have been buying vehicles from Jim Norton for years and it is our prefered dealership. We have bought vehicles from other places but no one can compare to Jim Norton. Terry Howard ia an awesome salesman. He worked with us to make this one of the most pleasureable buying experiance ever. We got exactly what we wanted, how we wanted it. The Worst Experience Ever
I will never go back to Jim Norton Toyota's service department. The service advisor Isaac Koehn is the poster child for bad customer service. After an unbelievably terrible experience, he told me and I quote" I KNEW I WAS GONNA HAVE THESE ISSUES WITH YOUR KIND" I asked to speak to a supervisor but no one would come talk to me. Bottom line, if you are a minority of any kind especially GLBT and don't want to be refer to as "your kind" do not go to Jim Norton Toyota.

Derek was very polite and helpful showing us Highlanders. He had everything fixed we requested and wasn't pushy. He took the time to let us look the car over and test drive it several times. We were very satified with Derek's help.
