I knew what I wanted and the numbers I need to drive away with the vehicle. They were relaxed, understanding, and not pushy. Service was quick and thorough. Finance was a breeze. They were very clear and open with the deal.

I was greeted by a young man named Reeves.

I was greeted by a young man named Reeves. He was very nice and respectful. He told me everything I needed to know. We talked about the options and he said what will make the deal. Good for you and I told him and it was followed through and brought car home, which I?m very pleased with. I had a very great experience with him and would recommend him to all my friends and family. I took my diesel 2500 there for an oil change at 3

I took my diesel 2500 there for an oil change at 3 o’clock yesterday. I picked it up yesterday. They were also supposed to do an alignment. They could not complete the alignment but charged me with a $30 discount from there. I drove 15 miles home I got in my truck this morning and the low engine oil light is on. I called the dealership and they told me I need to bring it back in another 30 mile drive for me. I asked them if they could just send me Oil with their shuttle and the lady said no we can’t send you oil with your with our shuttle. She told me she was gonna have the manager call me to for a solution instead she called me right back in three minutes and said the manager was busy and that I needed to bring the truck back in. It’s difficult to trust a service center that didn’t put enough oil in it in the first place

Had the tire pressure gage on dash go out.

Had the tire pressure gage on dash go out. Evaluated quickly and repaired. Service person kept informed throughout process. Her name was D E J A N. Sorry had to space name out as Ai kept trying to correct to its familiar words.

Car was repaired and appears fine. Chandler kept me informed on finishing the repairs and was very helpful. Service was a little slow but done well.
