Took my car in on Veterans day with a leak from the heavy rain the Saturday before Veterans Day. Did not hear from anyone until the following week and they told me it was the seal on the sunroof. They left the car outside on the lot locked with windows up for 3 weeks before working on the vehicle. $2,076.00 later I now have a car that has black mold in it. Can not get the service manager Kristi Cates to return my call. Will never use this dealership again. Worse experience ever with a dealership. Now working with an attorney and insurance company.

Fouad was the only salesmen who offered to find the color
Fouad was the only salesmen who offered to find the color I wanted. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and courteous . I was in and out in about an hour. The whole experience was a pleasure.

My (long distance) purchase experience was great!
My (long distance) purchase experience was great! Sam quoted me a price (and honored it even when we realized the vehicle had some extra items installed). He recommended a delivery service (which saved me from having to fly to Tulsa and drive back to Memphis). And I was able to do all the paperwork online. (p.s., I bought 'Hank', had him delivered, added Weathertech floor and cargo mats - and still have spent less in total than buying from any of my local dealers.)

My mechanic told me I got cheated.
My mechanic told me I got cheated. He topped off the brake fluid so the warning light on the dashboard went off but at Don Carlton Honda, I had to pay $139 for a diagnostic check on why there was a warning light on the dashboard when all they had to do is top off the brake fluid and then after a diagnostic check they said i had to replace a part which would have caused hundreds of dollars more. Always get a second opinion before going to Don Carlton Honda.

Just had my 2019 Honda HR-V routine oil and filter change
Just had my 2019 Honda HR-V routine oil and filter change at the Express Service. Everyone was polite and friendly. I waited a total of 48 minutes and they washed my car to boot. Cost was 50 bucks.

Our salesman, Alan, couldn’t have been nicer or more
Our salesman, Alan, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The paperwork was quick and easy plus the used car manager gave us a decent appraisal on our car. I didn’t like paying over msrp for the new Odyssey, but Alan did get a few hundred knocked off for us. Just the state of the market, I guess.
