I bought a truck from the David McDavid Honda dealership in early April. Today is July 22nd and still no title. I have lost count of the number of times I have called and left verbal and recorded messages with 0 replies. I am very disappointed in the way they do business and I will not be dealing with them in the future.

Desmond and his little funky finance manager stop communicating with me. First they told me they could get me approved then they needed money down. I told them I could only put down a certain amount they said fine. I haven?t heard from them at all this was two weeks ago. If they couldn?t approve me just call me I?m a big girl I can handle it. Don?t ignore my calls or text. Don?t go to this dealership they suck.

Your Mecanic that did my vehicle this last time;dint do a good job,1) spread oil all over,2)broked a screw on the ail filter box,dint replace it;missing a 1/8 of oil from the engine,not full;truck is shaking all over after he rotated the tires

Yes all I wrote is correct, have to take the vehicle to do a valance of the tires,and clean up the oil spill

When not super busy we get good service we keep going back bc our service is under warranty. We have had mayor wk. done to our car and are happy with results
