Scott is a great guy--he'll take care of you. He got me a great car at a great price and did upholstery repair free of charge. In the first week, I've put over 1000 miles on it and have had no problems whatsoever, as Scott guaranteed. The entire staff is personable and helpful. The only problems I had with the process is that I had to drive 30 miles to pick up my car with no notice, I had to wait an hour because the credit card machine wasn't working, and the radio in my car didn't have a code, which Scott said he would get for me, but was unable to. Otherwise, more than satisfied with my entire experience.

I had a truly enjoyable car buying experience at Car Web. I'm 58 years old, I'm a "car guy" and I do my homework before buying/trading in vehicles. So I know what I'm doing and I don't put up with any nonsense from car dealerships. Car Web is my kind of place. Scott and Amy at Car Web gave me a very good deal on my trade-in and on the purchase price of the truck I bought. After I took possession of the truck, there was a minor engine problem but they took care of it immediately (at their expense) while providing me with a loaner car. Overall, a really excellent dealership, family-operated, dedicated to customer service, value, and respect. I highly recommend Car Web to anyone buying a car or truck. They have a nice selection of high end vehicles, plus many vehicles that are both nice and affordable. The truck I bought was a 2004 Dodge Ram, beautiful condition, only 42k miles, under $11,000.

I normally do not buy vehicles from a non-big box dealership but in this case I am glad I did. I had been looking for a 2006 Tundra for awhile and was not satisfied with the big box dealerships prices or the process. Scott and his crew made buying a vehicle enjoyable and the the service, cleanliness and professionalism were remarkable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I was blown away by the ease of purchasing our car through Car Web. The staff was so helpful and the thing that stood out most was their confidence, and open and honest communication. They had the opportunity to deceive us about the car model and a number of things, but were so honorable and and disclosed everything of note about the car we looked at. Not only that, but they don't sell junk! They sell high quality cars at the most reasonable prices! They even allowed us to take the car to a local trustworthy mechanic to get a full pre-purchase check... It was a waste of money... because the car was in PERFECT condition! We drove from Richmond just to come to Car Web, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. If we had to buy a car again tomorrow, we'd go to Car Web. I felt like I made a friend by the time we left. Went to car Web after seeing a vehicle that I was interested in. Talked with the Owner about the vehicle and test drove it, it was great everything he had told me about it was correct. I wanted to trade my vehicle in, and that was no problem at all and he gave me a more than fair offer so I took it and bought his vehicle from him. Very nice place to purchase used vehicles in and out in less than an hour with no problems at all would highly recommend them

I had been looking for a used pickup truck for several weeks, without much success. Most of the sellers I spoke with were trying to get top dollar for trucks that had high mileage, and were in rough condition. I happened to find a new listing for a 2004 GMC at Car Web that seemed too good to be true for the price. After talking with Scott, we drove up to Fredericksburg to check it out, and found the truck exactly as described. The truck was rust free, perfectly detailed, and ran great. Even better, the price was considerably under Blue Book value. We agreed to the sale before they had time to get the truck inspected, so we had to wait a couple of days to pick it up. When we went to close the sale, we learned that the inspection showed that the rear brakes were worn, and Scott paid for all new pads, rotors and calipers on the rear of the truck. It has been almost 2 weeks since we bought the truck, and we've driven it several hundred miles, and we're still amazed at the deal we got from Car Web. Our experience with Car Web was great. There was no pressure, and they are honest and fair. Scott, Amy and Bryce were great to deal with, and even got us a good deal on financing. Their shop and lot are nice and clean, and they have a large selection of nice looking cars. It was definitely worth the drive from Mechanicsville, and we will be returning next time we are looking for a vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I am highly satisfied with the service put forth by Scott and the rest of his staff at Car Webs. Me and my dad were looking for PT Cruisers all over the internet. We found one at a dealership so we drive down to see the car. Next thing we know, it had already been sold! Fate did a good job because we found a much cleaner and less pricey Cruiser with lower mileage at Car Web. Driving there TWICE was well worth it and we are very pleased by the enthusiasm of the staff. Paperwork was quick and easy and no where near as stressful as I had imagined.
