Excellent experience from start to finish

The buying experience here was amazing. Very low pressure. Very friendly. The sales associate was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Anyone that's shopped for a car recently knows how rare that is these days. I'd definately recommend this dealership.

Great Experience!

We have been buying our cars and having them maintained at Sam Pack's Five Star in Lewisville for going on 15 years now and have always had a great experience! Patsy is great to work with. Very responsive to both calls and texts, easy to work with and very understanding with me wanting to drive and talk about multiple different cars. She's very knowledgeable about the cars, pros and cons and financial considerations. I'd definitely recommend Patsy and Five Star!

Always outstanding!

I bought a Ford Escape at Sams Pack in 2017 ( awesome experience), unfortunately a week ago got into an accident and my car was a total loss, I could have gone anywhere to get my new car, and I got many people offering me help, but I did not hesitate for a second to come back and ask for Kenneth, sales guy that helped me a little over a year ago. Once again he helped me out and I left with a brand new version of my old Escape. Everyone was so nice and helpful, but I am so thankful of Kenneth , great guy, he helped me out and got me exactly what I needed and I was looking for. Thank you Kenneth and Sams Ford!!!!

The most amazing car purchase ever

My salesman was Matt Roberts and he made my experience amaZing I felt comfortable cracked a couple jokes had a wonderful time he actually took the time to help me in my difficult situations somehow he made it work and for that he deserves the best review 5 stars !!

Replacement of wheels

The dealership went above and beyond to fix an issues to replace al wheels on my truck. Ford would not credit the dealer with full replacement, this is where the local dealership stepped up and worked it out to my complete statisfaction .
