Beware of sales tactics at this location- bait and switch. We talked to 2 different salespeople from this location at different times when looking for our new truck. Same story. Both times the trucks we were interested in were ‘out on loan’ and they wanted us to sign loan paperwork so they could get them back to store. Anything to get you in the door, no integrity. Pauline literally said she would have the truck cleaned and ready for us then gave us this line when we got there.

My vehicle was in for recall maintenance. The maintenance was schedule for a few hours but headed up being a few days. Representative kept me informed about the progress and offered a loaner car if the repairs took much longer. I appreciate this above and beyond service.
