This dealership was awesome! After shopping at several dealers the past week the staff at Bob Tomes was a breath of fresh air. Our salesman, Zack was professional yet very easy going. He made the entire process stress-free. When we went to sign papers, Will in the finance department explained all of the options and finance terms in clear language but did not push anything on us. My wife and I both felt this was one of the best car-buying experiences we've had.

Found a car I wanted. Dealt through texts with a salesman. Few hiccups with pricing and deals that expired unbeknownst to me. Salesman went on vacation. Started dealing with Lance. We got pretty close to original deal. Everything went smoothly when I arrived from Minnesota. It was worth the drive down. Very pleased with the experience. Wife is pleased as well with the new ride!
