Juan was amazing. He was a great salesman but not pushy or aggressive at all. He helped us tremendously. However TJ was an absolute paint to work with. He would not work with us at all in terms of financing. That confrontation made the visit much less pleasurable then what it could have been from Juan’s efforts.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Highly recommend doing business with them. Everything was a breeze, no one pressuring you to buy or make a decision.

Mike in the service center was very informative and helpful. The other members were great too when he was not available they were.

Tristan was very helpful and had everything ready that I requested prior to arriving. The process was simple and easy. Also like that this dealership doesn’t have a bunch of dealer add ons.

I definitely have to shout out Brandon because he made the whole process so much easier and less intimidating than I expected. He was very upfront and transparent with me from the beginning, answered all my questions, and helped guide me through everything without ever making me feel pressured. Since this was my first car, there were obviously a lot of things I was figuring out along the way, and he was patient and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. He even went out of his way to help me find a great insurance option, which I really appreciated. And outside of being professional and helpful, Brandon is honestly just a really chill and easy person to work with . The whole experience felt comfortable and straightforward. For my first car-buying experience, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. If you’re going to Bob Tomes Ford, definitely ask for Brandon!
