I wasn't happy that the sales manager used the Lincoln

I wasn't happy that the sales manager used the Lincoln Customer Conquest Bonus cash to reduce the discount he was giving me on the car. What good is the Bonus Cash when the dealer just lowers their discount accordingly.

Here's a review draft for the dealership: --- I recently purchased a vehicle from this Lincoln dealership and was deeply disappointed with their handling of the military rebate I was promised. I provided all necessary documentation proving my eligibility for the $500 rebate, only to be told by the sales associate that I wasn’t eligible because the rebate supposedly couldn’t be combined with another offer. This was misleading since I hadn’t been offered any other incentives—I had simply negotiated $10,000 off the purchase price. When I questioned this, the associate claimed she wasn’t “100% sure” I’d receive the rebate but still sent me the paperwork to apply online. Today, she backtracked, saying the rebate was never guaranteed and that they were “upfront” about it, which was completely false. I feel deceived and misled by the unprofessionalism they displayed, especially after the sale. This rebate was presented to me as an additional incentive to close the deal, but it’s clear now that this dealership misrepresented their offer and took advantage of my trust as a veteran. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who values honesty and transparency in their car-buying experience.

Our Salesman Mohammad was great and steered us in a good direction. We ended up spending more than we wanted, however he got us into a Lincoln Aviator with better options that will benefit us as we get older. Thank you Mohammed.

Throughout the sales process, I was promised a service

Throughout the sales process, I was promised a service loaner when I returned for warranty or maintenance work. I would not have purchased the vehicle otherwise. In reality, the dealership offers neither service loaners nor rental reimbursement, even for recall work, at least in the 2 1/2 years I've owned by car. In hindsight, I should have bought the Lexus.
