This was an amazing buying experience.

This was an amazing buying experience. They made the process very easy and were extremely professional.. They answered all my questions and we were able to get the car I wanted without any issues! Best car buying experience I've ever had!

5 STARS!! l had a great experience with the purchase of my first Lincoln at David McDavid in Frisco! Eddy & Alex gave the best customer service a person can ever ask for. We drove 2 hours to their dealership without an appointment and they still managed to get us taken care of with the financing. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market to purchase a Lincoln!

Straight pricing with none of the bull.

Straight pricing with none of the bull. Price of car as seen online, TTL, and a documentary fee. No unexpected add-ons or high pressure sales to get an extended warranty. Very nice facilities top notch, very clean and cozy.

I bought a used car from this dealership.

I bought a used car from this dealership. The windshield had 3 rock chips in it. The salesperson (Mary, goes by MJ) promised me they will replace the windshield for me after the purchase. I even met up with the glass technician at the dealership to discuss the work. I thought I can trust a reputable dealership in keep their genlemans promise, but alas they didn't. My phone calls went ignored and finally I got call back from MJ stating "her boss" has denied it. FAIR WARNING: Don't trust anything this dealership tells you!

Always pleasant and thorough. I know I can rely on accuracy and honesty either way this dealership. I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Signed all the paperwork and the was told I could not take the car until all funding was deposited. This would not have been an issue if this was explained to me before I signed all the paperwork to include the tilt of my current vehicle over to the dealer. The managers are apparently the finance team and did not explain how their processes work. All they kept saying was we prefer a cashier check. After the funds were deposited and I went to pick up the vehicle one of the salesmen gave me the keys and said the truck is over there, transfer your stuff and leave your trade-in keys on my desk. Did not even show me where or walk me out to the new vehicle. I had to track a guy down in the parking lot for a screwdriver to take my plates off. Absolutely the worst customer service and buying experience I ever had. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone!!!!
