David Mcdavid Lincon is the Crem de la creme of car dealers!!! Adi Ali made me feel like a member of the family as he introduced me to vehicle after vehicle in the used car sales department. He took the time to give me information on and let me drive as many cars as I needed to find my dream car, which I did. A red passion tintcoat 2018 Cadillac XT5, which I named Betty, after my grandma. She is far beyond a dream come true, but wasn't the first car I chose to take home. When I took a Jeep Cherokee home and had major technical issues, Brandon the dealer manager, took control and showed me total professionalism, courtesy and class as he took the Jeep back and presented me with the opportunity to connect with Betty the Cadi and live my car driving fantasy. I am totally impressed and satisfied with the dream experience that the team at David Mcdavid gifted me with. When it's time to shop for my next vehicle, David Mcdavid will most definitely be the first place on my list to consult to find my new ride. Thank you guys, you have made a life long friend and costumer. When it comes time find and choose your next travel machine, visit David Mcdavid Lincoln, in Frisco, you will thank yourself, I guarantee it!!!

David McDavid Lincoln is a good company and their service manager did contact me with a apology. The only problem I had is when I booked my appointment on line it did not include my loaner car I ask for. The service guy named Richard treated me as if I did not existed.

It was time for our Lincoln to get an oil change.

It was time for our Lincoln to get an oil change. When I reached out to my advisor, I was told they have a new mobile service for the same charge. I tried it. I loved it. Andrew was professional and efficient. He was done by the time I could drive there. The only draw backs are no tire rotation and no reminder sticker. Highly recommend you give this a try.
