Overall good transaction, very good people to deal with. I am very disappointed however that my 2023 Audi Q4 E TRON only came with 1 key and no charging cable. This was not mentioned when I made the purchase. My local Audi dealer wants nearly $800 for the new key fob and programming. I would’ve hoped that I would have been offered some concession towards the unexpected cost.

This review is for Huffines Hyundai Plano (it appears cars are being listed under both there and Chevrolet Plano) Bought my Hyundai Elantra 2 years with the promise of being under warranty, and when I would get my car serviced they would provide transportation and/or a loaner. For the past 2 years I have been regularly disappointed by this dealership with service. Currently I have a problem with my shifter in my car. I called for a walk in, they are telling me it will take 3-5 business days to even LOOK at my car and scheduling won't be for 2 months. They are also not providing loaner cars. After speaking with several people on the phone this morning no other help was offered other than go a week without a car or deal with this problem for 2 months. If your looking to buy a car and think this dealership with provide service for your vehicle in the future look somewhere else. Hyundais are fine cars but this dealership will not help you after you purchased the car.

For me to take the time to rave about a dealership, it must be really good. I was looking for a used BRZ for my son. After getting the run-around at other dealerships near my home, I found one here. It was easy to test drive. The salesman, Eric Stovall, was easy going with no pressure. When we made the purchase, there were no junk fees added on. And when the car was delivered, it had been inspected and serviced so there won't be any surprises. Everything was first class.

This dealership is awesome! If you ever put your car in the body shop, ask for Jasmine. She is a perfectionist and will get the job done! I couldn't be happier with the job they did on my truck. She did everything right! My truck looks brand new again. Thank you Jasmine.

They were so easy to work with. They kept me updated in a timely manner and resolved the issue.

They charged my AC and fixed a leak for $100 Buck and change, INCLUDING PARTS! The exceeded my expectations. Plus they gave me me free coffee , water and treated me like family. Now I have ice cold AC. They also got me in and out in an hour.
