Do not shop here
Do not even bother visiting this store. We felt extremely unwelcome the second we walked in. When I asked a basic question, the sales associate (Skip Forward) laughed in my face. Simply unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other Chevrolet dealerships in the DFW area. Absolutely no reason to waste your time and money here.

Sorry I inconvenienced your Employees
Your service guys are not outgoing and friendly. In fact most ignored me. When I told them I had an appointment the guy took my keys and told me where to wait. I was also early and asked if that was okay. He mumbled something and walked off. Your plano dealership is outdated and uncomfortable to wait 2 hours for an oil change . And I guess Obviously you guys don't wash cars as a courtesy. Or have decent coffee. I'm not sure I'll be back for another oil change or a new truck
